Problems Sending To Yahoo?

Hello All,
If you recently started noticing problems with regards to messages that are supposed to be forwarded to your Yahoo account or just random messages to people who use the email service; being rejected then please keep on reading.
Yahoo has recently implemented an anti-spam service called 'GreyListing' on all their all of their servers. Greylisting is a way of attempting to block spam messages by rejecting the first delivery attempt of an email with a message similar to 451 Message temporarily deferred - 4.16.50. This principle assumes that spamers do not usually try sending the same email twice, so they put the IP address of the server that sent the email (in this case our server) on a list and then if the same message is attempted to be sent again within a short amount of time from the same IP address, they assume that it is a good email and will allow the message to go through.
What this means to you the client is that any message that you try to send to Yahoo or if you have your email forwarded to yahoo, all messages will be rejected right away with the above errors. If you are able to send the message again right away then you are certainly fine if not then this certainly poses a problem.
This is not just affecting our clients but rather everybody who emails to Yahoo so there is a global push at the moment for Yahoo to remove this service. Until such a time, please understand that there may be some issues and/or delays with delivering your messages to Yahoo email address's.
If you have any questions on this, feel free to post below or open a support ticket.
Regards,
Mark.
