In WebHSP's ongoing effort to provide the best service possible, we are hereby letting our clients know that we have disabled the use of BoxTrapper Spam Trap on our servers.
The BoxTrapper program has been known to cause load issues on our servers and can very easily lead to our server being listed in common RBLs and usually has the effect of increasing the overall spam load, not reducing it.
We suggest that our clients utilize our Spam Assassin in place of it as it is a powerful and customizable free anti-spam service that we offer to all our clients via your cPanel.
If you should find that Spam Assassin isn't catching as much spam as you would hope, we have teamed up with Postini who is a company that makes fighting spam their business. You can read more on this service at the following link:
