Server down

My sites are also down (defender server) and no updates as of yet.

Hi Folks,

We do apologize for not getting back to you folks on the weekend. It would appear that the box trapper service had re-enabled itself after a cPanel upgrade a bit ago. We did not note this right away however the spammers certainly did and they managed to flood our server into a state where it was no longer responsive.

We have corrected this by disabling the box trapper service once again and we have checked out our other servers to ensure that this service is disabled as well.

If you notice any more problems, please don't hesitate to let us know.
