Hello All,
This morning we were alterted that our file system on the pong.whspn.net server had gone into read only mode. Upon closer investigation we determined that the harddrives on the system had failed and would need to be replaced.
We are currently in the process of installing our backup drive into another server mario.whpsn.net and we will start the restoration process shortly.
Any updates will come via this forum topic.
We thank you for your patience and apologize for the outage.

Hello All,
After much delay we are just now kicking off the restoration process. We ran into a large amount of trouble getting the old backup drive out of the pong.whspn.net server and into the mario.whspn.net server.
Again we appreciate your patience and we will update when we have further info.

The A's have been completed.
Please keep in mind the sites are being restored onto our mario.whspn.net server which has an IP address of 64.119.182.90. Please allow some time for DNS propagation after the restoration has been completed.

So, all accounts have been restored. We are clearing a few things up, but as you see issues, please log a ticket in the support desk to have the issue investigated and corrected as soon as possible.

I've had problems with our site (other than losing about 2 weeks of updates). It seems like it can't make outgoing connections from php, I can't tell if it is a php problem or a DNS resolution problem, but it's causing us a lot of problems.
