Cell phone jpeg attachments

I have a client that was emailing jpeg attachments via his cell phone.  He said he was sending them ok until 2/18.  now the emails come through, but only as text with no attachment.

Anyone have any ideas as to why it has stopped working?

Hi zeke,

The only changes we've made to the servers include a cPanel update a few weeks back (shouldn't have impacted this, but with cPanel it's hard to tell because they do not provide release notes), and we upgraded mrdo.vosn.net to a new server and the settings could have been changed when the server was set up.

If you are on mrdo, or would like to ask our techs for their opinion, just open a support ticket through your Customer Control Center at https://ccc.webhsp.com and maybe they can shed some light on it.
