Greetings,
Over the past several months we have been busily working on updating our website and implementing a new billing and support system. We have finally gotten everything set and today we are turning on the new website and enabling a new customer portal effective immediately.

The URL to login to the customer portal is:
http://customer.webhsp.com

Within the customer portal there are several areas. Some areas are secured with a username (email address) and password. The email address and password is the same as the old Customer Control Center. If you do not have your password click the "request a password reset" and your password will be reset and emailed to you. Here are some of the highlights of the Customer Portal:

- Client Area. In the client area you will have a consolidated view of your account with Web HSP.
- Submit and view Support Tickets
- Video Tutorials. We now have a large library of video tutorials on a wide variety of topics.
- Knowledgebase. Over the next month or so we will be adding more articles to the knowledgebase and this should become a good resource for you to refer to.
- Various tools and links to information sources.

A few things to note:

- All information from the old billing system has been imported. This includes credit card data if provided. As always, credit card data is stored encrypted and is only accessible by authorized personnel.
- Support tickets from the old (Kayako) support system will be imported in the near future (next couple of weeks or so). The vendor of the new system did not have an import script for the tickets in this system, so we have contracted with the support company we use (ServerSitters) to have them imported.

Also, please check out the new Web HSP website. We have totally updated it and updated our product offerings.

Thank you for your continued business. We appreciate it very much.
