Hello,

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for any time waiting you may have experienced with regards to our phone queue.  We will be looking into this today and ensure that any problems that exist are fixed up.  For the purposes of our tracking in our phone system, which number was it that you called to wait on hold for so long unanswered?

As for logging into your Customer Control Center (at https://ccc.webhsp.com/), the e-mail address to access with your email address.  For security reasons, I will not post your password here, however if you are not able to log in with the password you have on file, please let me know and I will PM you the proper password.

With regards to SSL certificates, each site would need its own certificate, and you would need to specify the secure URL you want such as https://secure.yourdomain.com or https://www.yourdomain.com and so on. The certificates we use are issued by Geotrust and are the same that secure this site. Here are our certificate prices:

1 year validity, $49
2 years validity, $86
3 years validity, $122
4 years validity, $159
5 years validity, $196

Another option would be to use the shared SSL certificate of the server. There is no cost. Here are the secure URLs for each of your sites:

modchipguy.com: https://secure26.vosn.net/~modchipg
xteammods.com: https://secure26.vosn.net/~xteammod
monstergamers.com: https://secure28.vosn.net/~monsterg

We've looked into JohnnyVegas.org for you as well, however that does not appear to be one of the domain names that we took over from Data393, it appears to still be hosted on a Windows server running Plesk, which we would not have taken over.  For this particular domain, we would advise contacting Data393 directly through https://support.data393.com/.

As for cURL, the path to it on both of our servers is
Code:
/usr/bin/curl
.

If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.

Hi Johnnyvegas,

As Jarrod mentioned, we apologize for the long phone wait.  There was nothing going to to cause that type of delay, so if you would be good enough to PM me with the phone number you called also, it would be appreciated.   We did have a phone change a couple of months ago, but I was assured both were still working, so this information would help.

Thanks and hopefully Jarrod has you all set, if not please let us know.  Our current contact information is on the contact page of our website.

Sincerely,

Pat   Sad

Hi Johnnyvegas,

Our records show there were no long hold queues last night, however, we have been doing some testing to figure this out and it appears our old number is not directing to the phone queue. I am assuming you were calling our old number (which is still 'supposed' to work).  Our technicians are working on correcting the problem.

Our new number is posted on our contact page, you may want to write that one down for future reference.

We realize how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologize for the problem.

Sincerely,

Pat
