Hi there,

I changed the permissions on the folder:
/home/jazzyjel/public_html/clearhealth/tmp
which is the $compile_dir to 777.

Please let me know if you can now run your package.

Thanks
Danielle

Hi there,

I had to change the permissions of the folder back to 755 as leaving them open with 777 creates security issues on the server.

Can you please let me know the name of the package that you are trying to use, and also the installation/run URL so that I can test this for you?

Thanks
Danielle
