For our cPanel Shared and Bulk Reseller customers, we have added new documentation under the Support section for our Legacy packages. In future, this is where we will publish information on packages that are no longer being offered.
We have developed a 'W' series package to replace the 'Venture' and 'V' series packages for updated disk quota, bandwidth and add on domains. To review the package offerings, visit:

For those of you who have 'Venture' or 'V' Series shared cPanel accounts, our new 'W' series packages will be added to the shared vosn.net servers by the end of this week. At that time, you will then be able to update your packages through your Customer Control Center at
https://ccc.webhsp.com as follows:
- Click on 'My Sites' tab
- Click on 'packages' from the drop down menu
- Click on the package you want to update and follow the screen prompts
Your request will go into batch and will process within 30 minutes.
Alternately, you can open a ticket and request the change be done through support. We will be happy to update your package for you.
If you upgrade to the same 'price' package, there should be no charges. If you upgrade to a higher priced package, you will be invoiced for the pro-rated amount to your current billing cycle date.
Important: If you wish to downgrade, please contact support, as downgrading can cause a loss of important data. Also, downgrading may remove any grandfathered features from the package, such as dedicated IP's, which could also cause a 2 to 3 hour outage during propagation to the shared IP.
For those of you reselling our Legacy 'V' series shared hosting packages, you can continue reselling the 'V' series and/or update your customers to the new 'W' series packages. This will allow you to change your packages and website at your own pace, or not at all if you choose.
By the end of this week and as we add the 'W' series packages to the vosn.net servers, Resellers on those servers will be able to begin reselling those packages.[/li][/list][/li][/list]3) Mail Box Limit on Shared Servers
The shared servers now have a mailbox quota limit of 100 MB. Due to the increased disk quota, we now need to impose this limit in order to reduce the risk of server performance issues that can be caused by Web Mail users with a large inbox. Although this is a hard limit on our CSX001.whspn.net and PSX001.webhsp.com servers, it is a soft limit on our vosn.net servers until we review the servers to ensure nobody is exceeding the limits. We will not impose hard limits until we are assured it will not impact any customers without prior notification.[/li]

On the vosn.net shared hosting and Bulk Resellers servers, we are activating the following cPanel add on scripts, which should also be completed by the end of this week.

We have updated our VPS packages and streamlined them. The lower end cPanel and Plesk package has been removed, due to the higher memory requirements for the control panel software. We have increased Disk Space, Minimum Memory Guarantee and Bandwidth allocations in our new VPS Packages. Please contact Sales or open a support ticket if you would like to discuss changing your VPS package.[/li]
