Is there a port number other than 25 available to access the SMTP servers?

By default there isn't, however if your ISP is giving you a hard time with regards to using our provided mail server, just log a ticket in our support desk (either by logging into
https://ccc.webhsp.com/ or by e-mailing
support@webhsp.com) with your domain name and we can open up an alternate port for you to use.
