Unfortunately, I had my message board hijacked a couple days ago. I'm just wondering  who I would contact in order to inform webHSP about it. Through the live support? Should I create a ticket for that or not?

Hi,

Yes, please open a support ticket and our technicians will assist you in resolving the problem.  PHPBB and many other forums are easily compromised if not kept current.  Our technicians can assist you with recovering your data and updating your forum application.

Thanks and good luck.

I'll do that, then. Some assistance would be wonderful. I'm not all that experienced with these things. I had the old version of phpBB because I couldn't figure out how to install the new one. I really need to beef up my knowledge about these things. Thanks for the quick reply.
